Must prompt for cash payment, while check-In, if payment method is Cash
Please add user activity log detail just like PM, so we can easily tract down who did what by user.

Decline message should pop up rather than small red letters, most of the time you will overlook decline message while busy.

Until they add this function, Here is easiest way to E-mail Folio
1) Save folio when it's generated In PDF & attach with E-mail.

People who never used PM will have no idea how important this function is.

You can find CC# without doing too many things. If you want to find credit card info.
1) Open Account 2) Click on Guest Folio 3) Click on 2nd Folio View 4) Click Edit Configuration. 5) Click on Unmask for Full CC #.
I think all CC info is there all the time.
