When rooming lists are sent for groups each mane must be entered into each reservations individually. This takes way to long to do. In Profit Manager the names could be all entered at once & then linked to the room type/reservation. Much faster & more convenient.

This functionality has been scheduled to be included in the choiceADVANTAGE 3.3 release, which is tentatively scheduled for 12/2008.

I certainly agree with the previous comment. Choice Advantage is not as user friendly as Profit Manager! It takes longer to train new staff. There are so many screens & steps you must go through to check-in guests, make reservations, check-out guests, etc, etc that CA is very, very frustrating at times. CA would be a very poor set up for a big property with high occcupancy. There have been some improvments made but there is still a long way to go for it to be as good as Profit Manger.

The only way I have found to get the group masters off the active list is to make the group foilo "inactive". Not the best solution! We definitely need to cancel a group master.

Guests should not see any mistakes made on their bill. They should have a clean bill without all the adjustments & corrections showing. We should be able to transfer those errors out of the follow or select what we want to print - the same as Profit MAnager.

When duplicating a reservation for a guest that has stayed before, the correct credit card info does not pull over. You have to go back to past reservations & hope you can find it without too much trouble. Could we not update the guest history as we did in Profit MAnager & have the correct info follow through? This is a real pain when taking reservations!
