this would be a great help. Currently I change the arrival date to the current date and the Master is removed at audit. Only way I have figured out how to keep my group list clean.
The only way I have found to get the group masters off the active list is to make the group foilo "inactive". Not the best solution! We definitely need to cancel a group master.
Could you change the check in & check out dates or possibly the cut off date to make it go away? how about in the reservation area to cancel each reservation then change the block to 0.
obviously the designers of the software have never worked in a hotel or they would have though of this long before the software was released. another case of putting profit before quality
