Also should add the ability to block off a group of rooms at the same time (similar to fast post in PM). It would make it much easier if I would for example have one of my hot water tanks go down. I can block off all of the rooms in that section in one swoop.
Need a spot to enter what was repaired. Then a report that will tell you what was done, when, & by whom is was done. Also need user defined spaces to list areas that need mainenance. ie. Lobby, hallway, Pool, parking lot, yard, Laundry room. etc.
As well as set it where when the work order expires it does not automatically say dirty check out. Maybe state that it is a work order expiration. Due to double cleaning of rooms.
It would be nice to pull up past room blocking info. Our maint. man works at 2 of our hotels and isn't always at our location. So if something is blocked for a week but he doesn't get to it and then if falls off the maint. report we have no info. on what was wrong. We also deff. need a spot for public rooms....public restrooms, pool room, breakfast room, lobby, FD, ect...
