Currently the company name is not included on the guest folio when direct bill (DB) is the payment type. Many company clients now require folios with statements/invoices. The addition of the company name on the folio will allow for reconciliation of the two forms.
As a calrification does this refer to, the line where the posting occurs, because my Choice Advantage version already prints the company name on the folio right above the guest's name?
It would also be nice if there was a place to put a Company Name on the Guest Info screen with out it needing to be a Direct Bill company. First Name, Last Name, Company, Address, phone# etc.
