Centrally managed guarantee and cancellation policies

Make all guarantee and cancellation policies fully synchronized between choiceADVANTAGE and CRS.

Make the group policies specific to the group and not tied to the overall policy on the remainder of your inventory. this allows the group cancellation and or deposit be a part of that group and does not require you to extend these policies to the entire inventory.

I someone books through CRS or direct through the hotel, there should be no differences in the cancel/guarantee policy. This would create confusion.

Also, if someone books through CRS, the confirmation number should match ours.

People c9ome in and the confirmation number from CRS is in the CRS Notes, but CA is so sensitive in its queries that it is sometimes hard to locate a gst. (They forget what day the reservatuion was made for or they are running ahead of schedule.)

It is almost impossible to find a gst in this situation if they have made a typo when booking the reservation or the CRS person did.
