Will allow hotels to create tentative group blocks that do not immediately take rooms out of rack inventory. In tentative status, a user would be able to complete the entire data entry of the block and print the contract (without the system removing the blocked rooms from Choice inventory). Once the contract has been signed and returned by the client, the status could then be changed to Definite.
