The system shouldn't allow the reservation or walk in be checked in. Currectly is will show the cc declined but stills checks them in. If the FD was busy they may not catch it.

Be able to put in multible rooms in Out of order at one time. Currenlty you have to put them in one at a time. If you are doing in deep clean ect it takes a good 5 min to put them in.

Being able to type a soluation to a case. Example - having a phone conversation same times will fix a problem. And if you are sending an apologize letter you would be able to cut and paste it to the case. If the customer calls back all that information will be there for he GRrep to be able to assist the guest faster without having to wait on any additional information.

Have an option to choose a different payment. Currently it only allows a check.

We shouldn't have to go to 5 different screens to make a reservation, check-in or checkout a guest. Going to 5 screens takes two much time. You should be able to checkin a guest less than 2 minute.

have a button for check-in after the reservations are no show or canceled. Currently, If a guest come in and has a no show or cancelled reservation you have to duplicate the reservation.

Currently, if you print a vacant clean list. All rooms that are clean for that day are listed. Have an option to have all pre-assigned rooms left off the report.

The ability to see how made the group and any changes that have taken place.

If you are changing a guest stay and the rate was overided at check in and you extend them for one day. You have to answer yes to overide the rate. The front desk clerk then has to go back and change the rate back. It would be nice to have an option to answer no and the rate be left alone.
