The system is now automated "for convenience and accuracy" which is all well and good UNTIL you need to go in and make an adjustment - which is NOT ALLOWED. Now MY end of month figures do not always correspond with YOUR figures, but they cannot be changed, so when I go to look at my monthly/yearly reports they are not correct because they contain your figures and not mine (actual). Please fix this so that adjustments can be made when necessary, and/or take the figures for the month from MY submission and not from your figures. Thank you.
