I someone books through CRS or direct through the hotel, there should be no differences in the cancel/guarantee policy. This would create confusion.

YES!! It can be tricky when doing manual postings and if they are messed up, then the folio will look confusing to the guest.

Our has the Company name on the folio as well, right above the actual postings.

This would be great! We could even give the group an option to come in at the same time so we can check them in all at once and so they don't have to wait for their rooms.

I agree with the previous comment. It's already available by setting up different folio views or posting all charges to the folio and by posting payments however the guest would like to.

It would be a nice feature so we know which room the guest is ACTUALLY in and which room needs to be blocked off.

I think that rooms should be assigned manually through our front desk staff, but i do agree with the comment made about being able to assign rooms through the Group Master. In my opinion, this would help putting rooms as close together as humanly possible.

Great idea! Cuts down on check in time, just have to make sure to verify the information that is input. It also gives you time to talk to the guest and let them know about restaurants, features of the hotel, etc.

I agee on this topic. Too many times has someone made a reservation and after the guest is given their confirmation number, they mention that they are with a group. Very frustrating.
