I would like to see a report that shows any arrivals for the day that have a special request such as a crib or a cot checked off. Currently, we have to type the request in the special requests text box, as well as checking it off to take it out of special request inventory, and more often than not, a GSA may forget to type it in.
I would love this. As it is now, when we need to move someone after audit, we extend the room for another day, move the room, and leave notes for housekeeping that the room is a check-out that day, and for the morning staff to ensure the room is checked out. Pain in the butt yes, but necessary so we know where the guest is.
