hey rj, u can check if someone has stayed in a room. If you click on Find > Reservation.
In the top section of the page, select "Past" from the Arrival Range drop down menu, and type in the room number in the "Room Number" section. Click Search and you'll see all the people that have stayed in that room.
Play around with that, its really convenient.

i would LOVE to see this suggestion implemented! its a waste of time and gets really annoying when you have to go back and change the gst's rate! and its worse when you get busy with other tasks and forget about it..

I completely agree with gm.wi403. I dislike the fact that when I change the number of nights a guest is staying, it changes the rate to a different rate. It should remain the same.

I'm glad the ability to configure the logoff time is going to be implemented in the new choiceADVANTAGE system. I hope they have the option "never" in there.
