RE: Comment from wsuckow
We check our arrivals list constantly. At our particular property, however, on busy nights, guests will call CRS to book a room sometimes 10 minutes before they arrive to check-in. As you could imagine, it comes as a surprise to the desk clerk when the guest shows up with a reservation that is not on the current Arrivals List print-out. Worst case scenario would be that the desk clerk just rented the last room type to a walk-in just moments after another customer books the room with CRS and that room type had not yet been CTA.

RE: Comment/negative vote from Mike Stone
Based on many other web-based scripts, you would assume that this pop-up window would change the window focus and block what you were current working on. However, most Flash script, providing that is what ChoiceAdvantage will use, does not remove the window focus and can be as small as the toolbar seen at the bottom of your current window (perhaps a flashing red color). The idea behind this pop-up window is to get the user's attention about an important change, not to hamper the user. A user would then know to check the Arrivals List as soon as they were done doing whatever they are currently working on. As a web designer, I assure you that it can be done.
