Posted by aurso 08/14/2008 12:00 AM PDT When a group sends a rooming list the quickest way to put the reservations into the system is to use the 'quick pickup'. When you use it the address does not follow into the reservations. Now that the address is required you must go into every reservation, and put in an address before you can assign a room. When using the 'quick pickup' the group address should be put into the address field on the individual reservations.
When a bus tour sends a rooming list there is NO WAY for us to know what each individual guests address is.
