I would like to be able to log in a Company Name with a Guest. This would allow tracking for # of nights, even though the guest does not currently have a direct bill account.

As a GM, I would feel uncomfortable a delete entry option. These entries are sometimes the only way that I can trace a problem. Using the second folio option works well for our property. This hides our errors, and enables us to provide the guest with a clean receipt.
