It would be easier if 2 copies of the folio were printed, while we check out, one for us , one for the guest for his record, without missing with printer configuration, or going trough a long process like go to: Today's Checked Out Guests List,look for the folio some times the guest is in a hurry ...its just not good

sasurfman ,, that's not new,,, then if you have to print something eals you have to go and put it back 2 1 copie....
sometimes you forget that and you print a a bunch of copies ....

(sasurfman) once you click print all there's no way you can celect the pages!!!! unless you press the STOP in the printer...

Once the rate is suppressed the 2nd folio is automatically open, you can configure and even swipe the guest c/c for the incidentals
